Games privacy policy
Last updated: 2 November 2026
This policy covers the games published by TECHNOBULL PTY LTD ("Technobull", "we", "us"), Melbourne, Australia, under the name Technobull Games, including Black Monsoon, Kancha Clash, Paper Sky, Orbit Hop and Firefly Sort, on Google Play and in the browser on this website.
Your progress stays on your device
Game progress (levels, stars, coins, items, settings and similar) is saved only on your own device, in the app's storage or your browser's local storage. Uninstalling the app or clearing your browser data deletes it. We do not receive or store it.
No accounts
The games do not ask you to create an account and do not ask for your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, location or microphone. Player names shown in the games are made up on your device and can be changed.
Purchases
Some games offer optional coin packs and other in-game items. On Android these are bought through Google Play billing: Google handles the payment and we never see your card or bank details. To deliver and restore purchases, Black Monsoon uses RevenueCat, Inc. as a service provider; it receives a random identifier created on your device and the purchase receipt from Google Play, not your name or contact details. Coins have no cash value outside the game. Refunds follow Google Play's refund policy and the consumer law where you live.
Advertising and analytics
The games currently contain no advertising, no advertising ID and no analytics or tracking tools. If that changes, we will update this policy and the Google Play data safety information first.
We do not sell personal data
We do not sell, rent or share personal data with anyone.
Online play
All current game modes work without connecting to other players. Kancha Clash's online mode is coming soon; before it launches, this policy will be updated to explain exactly what is shared to make matches work.
Children
Black Monsoon contains stylised violence and is intended for players aged 18 and over. Because the games do not collect personal information, we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the Australian Privacy Act, the EU or UK GDPR, or US state privacy laws), you may have rights over your personal data. Because we hold none from the games other than what RevenueCat processes for purchases, most requests can be handled by clearing the app's data. For anything else, email business@technobull.com.au.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new last-updated date.
