Privacy policy
Last updated: 2 November 2026
This policy explains how TECHNOBULL PTY LTD ("Technobull", "we", "us"), Melbourne, Australia, handles personal information collected through this website. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
What we collect
When you use our contact or quote form, we collect the details you enter: your name, email address, phone number (optional), the service you are interested in and your message. If you email or call us, we receive your contact details and whatever you choose to tell us.
This website does not use advertising, analytics or tracking cookies, and we do not build profiles of visitors. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested) to run and protect the service.
How we use it
We use your details only to reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote, and provide services you ask us for. We do not sell, rent or trade personal information, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing.
Who processes it
The website is hosted by Netlify, Inc., and form submissions are received and stored through Netlify Forms, which may process data outside Australia (including in the United States). Emails are handled by our business email provider. These providers act on our behalf and only to deliver their service.
Some game pages on this site load fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google's servers to fetch them. The games themselves are covered by our separate games privacy policy.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as needed to respond and for our business records, then delete them. You can ask us to delete your enquiry at any time.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access, including access controls and secure (HTTPS) connections.
Your choices and rights
You can ask to access or correct the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing business@technobull.com.au. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, contact us first; you can also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
Changes
We may update this policy. The current version is always on this page with its last-updated date.
